hey, porn! show us a real dick, for once!

did you know the dicks you see in porn are not real? per se, sure, but if you look at them as a group? that’s not what real cocks look like!

i know. i checked.

i wrote a simple script that scrapes the member area of NextDoorStudios’s list of models.

out of 213 models that have put their cock size in their profile, the smallest one is 15 cm, the biggest one – 28 cm, and the average is a stunning 18.8 cm with a median of 17.8 cm!

how does that relate to the real world?

it does not. at all. at fucking all.

depending on which study you look at, the average size of an erect cock is 12-14 cm and median is about 13-15 cm.

let me do some complex math now...

oh damn! if my calculations are correct, not only is 18.8 cm waaay longer than the global average, but even the absolute smallest of the NextDoorStudio’s dicks is also above average!

i checked out only NextDoor, because that’s what i have access to, but i don’t think i have to convince anyone that casting almost exclusively big-dicked models in porn movies is not something that only this single studio does. this practice is omnipresent. it’s the rule.

update: i checked BelAmiOnline as well: it's 18 cm average, 18 cm median, 15.5 cm min and 25 cm max.

with regard to the cock size alone, more than half (!) of the entire male population is not represented in porn.

and we wonder where do all those insecurities come from? why do teenagers obsess so much about what’s in their pants? why are they scared to get naked in the shower after a gym class? why are they afraid to have sex for the first time? why are women disappointed when they see an actual dick for the first time?

here’s a scary thought: straight guys usually never or very rarely see a non-porn erect penis that is not their own. they usually have no concept of what an erect penis can look like. can you even imagine the horror of thinking that everyone else except for you is super well-endowed?

and it’s not just dicks being misrepresented in porn. it’s entire bodies. bodies of people of all genders.

not everybody looks like this. not everyone is super slim or super muscular. not everyone has huge, shapely tits. not everyone has a bubble butt.

as a matter of fact, very few people do.

they are what our wildest fantasies look like – but not how the vast majority of sex looks like.

if we take an even wider look, both cock sizes in particular and bodies in general are still only a part of a way bigger misrepresentation problem.

because you know what, porn? that’s not a position that any woman is comfortable in, let alone takes pleasure from. and pounding a hole for 30 minutes with breaks only to switch positions is not a fun thing to do, for neither side of the pounding. condoms don’t magically appear on penises. people use lube. people communicate. people take breaks.

you don’t show any of it.

i wish there was a ”normie porn” studio. one that would make professional movies, in terms of lighting, video quality, etc., but “amateur” in terms of showing “real” people having “real” sex.
